Making High-Quality Math Curriculum Work
February 3, 2025Over recent years, math instruction in the U.S. has improved, with over half of teachers using high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) weekly, according to EdReports. These resources provide challenging grade-level content, designed to engage students. However, many young people still struggle due to prior learning gaps. HQIM doesn’t address these foundational issues, leaving many of them unable to fully grasp what they’re supposed to be learning.
