Jodi manages non-program operational areas, including Human Resources, Business Operations and IT Operations to ensure employees are supported by exceptional services so they can focus on the organization’s broader mission. She has over 20 years experience in K-12 education, from training teachers to integrating technology into the classroom, to leading operational teams for education service providers. Prior to joining New Classrooms, Jodi spent 15 years at Edison Schools, where she served in a variety of leadership capacities in the areas of educational technology, process improvement, human resources and business management. Jodi previously spent time in the non-profit arena working with Operation Smile, an organization that provides free reconstructive surgery for children with facial deformities, where she managed the NYC Chapter of the program. She holds a B.A. from Rutgers University in Communication & Political Science, and an M.A. from NYU in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She lives in Little Falls, New Jersey with her husband.
