Joel Rose inspires article from Michael B. Horn on K-12 innovation

Michael B. Horn tipped his hat to New Classrooms Co-Founder and CEO Joel Rose for the inspiration on his Forbes article, “Lego Models and Innovating in K-12 Schools.” The article talks about New Classrooms’ emphasis on “new learning models so that teachers can meet each student’s needs each day,” and gives an overview on the Teach to One model New Classrooms has developed to enable this level of personalization. Horn says, “Rose is right. It’s well past time for far more research and development into building these modular models that could help rethink parts of the schooling experience—and fill up educators’ stockings with more concrete ways to customize school.”
